Part 1: Activities and games

The activities start at 10:00. There will be no departure — everyone gets there themselves, so please organise in cars. Address: Via S. Lazzaro, 70, 18100 Imperia IM. First part of the day will get the blood pumping a bit. It will consist of padel tournament! There will be given time for a shower and change before part 2. Please make sure you have eaten before this as there will not be food before 4pm at the earliest. If you cannot join this part for physical or other reasons please let us know in the RSVP. More detailed information will follow.

Buses leave from the hotels and villas

Buses will leave from the hotels and villas at 13:30 and take you to Villa Le Serre. More information will follow.

14:00

Part 2: Dayparty at Villa Le Serre

Via Giacinto Menotti Serrati 77, 18100 Imperia

Second part will consist of mostly music! food! drinks! and the possibility to have a lil swim. More chilled activities will continue here throughout the day. We wrap up around 8-9pm. More detailed information will follow. Transportation will be provided. Remember it is October and gets colder in the evenings, so bring a sweater. The grounds are a bit rough, so please skip the heels.

Buses pick up at the hotels and villas

Buses will pick up around 18:30 at the hotels and villas. More information will follow.

Dinner at Ristorante Il Sorallo

Here we will gather for an informal welcome dinner. We will wrap up around 11pm as we are in a public space. If you would like to say something during this dinner instead of Saturday you are more than welcome to! See Toastmasters under the Info page.

The bus will leave from Hotel Corallo at 12:45.

Bus leaves from Leonardo Resort

The bus will leave from Leonardo Resort at 13:00, including pickup for guests staying at Villa Lea and Villa Rappis.

Wedding ceremony

The ceremony will be held in the old piazza in Costarainera.

We want you to wear whatever you feel your best or comfortable in. The dresscode are meant as guidelines, not as strict rules. For the girlies, if you like, you're more than welcome to wear red, black, short, yes even white dresses - we honestly do not care.

Aperitivo

After the ceremony there will be a short aperitivo in Costarainera. Transport to the wedding reception starts around 15:30 — it takes around 30 minutes and the buses go in rotations, so some will arrive later than others.

Wedding reception and dinner

Another reminder that we will be seated outside under a tent for the whole evening, so remember to bring a sweater or jacket with you depending on the weather forecast.

AFTERPARTY

Transportation to the after party and hotels. Buses will run from Uliveto to Tapas Beach for the afterparty. The buses will first stop here before continuing on to the hotels and villas for those who would like to call it a night. (There will be other transportation opportunities during the evening if you would like to leave earlier).
