Part 1: Activities and games

First part of the day will get the blood pumping a bit. It will consist of some activities, games and rally. But it will not be super heavy and sweaty. There will be given time for a shower and change before part 2. Please make sure you have eaten before this as there will not be food before 4pm at the earliest. If you cannot join this part for physical or other reasons please let us know in the RSVP. More detailed information will follow.

Part 2: Day party

Second part will consist of mostly music! food! drinks! and the possibility to have a lil swim. More chilled activities will continue here throughout the day. We wrap up around 8-9pm. More detailed information will follow. Transportation will be provided. Remember it is October and gets colder in the evenings, so bring a sweater.

Dinner at Ristorante Antica Piazza

Here we will gather for an informal welcome dinner. We will wrap up around 11pm as we are in a public space. If you would like to say something during this dinner instead of Saturday you are more than welcome to! See Toastmasters under the Info page. Transportation will be provided.

Pickup at the hotels and villas

Buses will pick up the guests at the hotels. More information will follow.

14:00

Wedding ceremony

The ceremony will be held in the old piazza in Costarainera.

Dress · BLACK TIE OPTIONAL/FORMAL

We want you to wear whatever you feel your best or comfortable in. The dresscode are meant as guidelines, not as strict rules. For the girlies, if you like, you're more than welcome to wear red, black, short, yes even white dresses - we honestly do not care.

Aperitivo

After the ceremony there will be a short aperitivo in Costarainera. Transportation of guest to the wedding reception will start around 15:30.

17:00

Wedding reception and dinner

Another reminder that we will be seated outside under a tent for the whole evening, so remember to bring a sweater or jacket with you depending on the weather forecast.

22:00-ish

Dance floor opens!

Bring your dancing shoes.

AFTERPARTY

Transportation to the after party and hotels. Buses will run from Uliveto to Tapas Beach for the afterparty. The buses will first stop here before continuing on to the hotels and villas for those who would like to call it a night. (There will be other transportation opportunities during the evening if you would like to leave earlier).
